Contract assignment with the Customer Analytics or CRM project.
Phase 1 consisted of extracting 18 months of data using Platinum tools and Easytrieve for sending the information to
an off-site vendor for marketing analysis. The ICSF or the Integrated Cryptographic Service Facility was
used with a COBOL program to use for hashing credit cards. Additionally a C program was developed on the
mainframe for hashing credit card data. Some of the program products used for this have been ICSF, Eastrieve,
JCL, C, COBOL, SPUFI, QMF, Endevor and some XML work for transferring files. · In March and April 2005 the assignment was with the Mobile Cart team, using SDLC on IBM Mainframe, performed
new development with DB2, SQL, QMF, JCL, COBOLII, CICS, Debugging tool of XPEDITER and Data Dictionary for reporting on store
inventory restocking; also involved the learning and use of the Optio product for creating a downloadable PDF file using French
and English for the final report.

This assignment involved coding and testing modifications
and new development on the DB2 Mental Health data base for reporting, inquiring and updating on line and storing of data on
mental health clients in various community centers. While on this assignment a fee for service module was
developed using data from the company doing precertification. The DHR developed SDLC methodology was used for writing the
Software Requirements and the Detail Design Document. The program products used for this were Connect:Direct,
DB2, CICS, COBOL, ChangeMan, Xpediter and File Aid.

Coding and testing modifications
to the CIS system on IBM Mainframe for the addition of two new clients. Most of the work is concentrated
in testing after putting the design changes into the programs using COBOL II, DB2, SQL and the debugging tool XPEDITER.
